Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, at least 48 hours’ notice is required.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service
• Appointments rescheduled or canceled within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service
Please understand that when an appointment is canceled or missed without sufficient notice, I am unable to fill that time, and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

2. Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
• A 5-minute grace period is provided
• Arrivals over 5 minutes late will be subject to a late fee or shortened service
• Arrivals 10+ minutes late may be considered a no-show and charged 100% of the service

3. No-Shows
Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without notice will result in a 100% service charge.
All no-show fees must be paid before booking future appointments.
